- Australia Post is currenlty quite unpredictable with their mailing timeframes, with longer and unpredictable wait times. Consequenlty no ETA can be confirmed. My usual turn around is 2-3 weeks, but please expect longer wait times than this.
- If your package is damaged via the postal service, please keep the packaging. If not, Australia Post and consequently I can not issue a refund.
- All giclee and riso art prints are mailed with tracking.
- Card, postcard and sticker orders under $40.00 will not be sent with tracking.
- International orders may incur foreign taxes and custom fees depending on the country. Please be aware that these potential extra costs are the customers full responsibility to pay.
- Please choose a safe destination to mail to as stolen/missing delivered items will not be refunded
- 2023 Cut of for orders is December 14th! Orders can still be made after this date, but won't be processed until January 15th.
