- My usual turn around is 2-3 weeks, but wait times can be unpredictable and delayed as I am based rurally.
- If your package is damaged via the postal service, please keep the packaging. If not, Australia Post and consequently I can not issue a refund.
- All giclee and riso art prints are mailed with tracking in a 'rigid mailer' with a backing board.
- Card, postcard and sticker orders under $40.00 will not be sent with tracking.
- Stickers are sent in an stamped paper envelope.
- International orders may incur foreign taxes and custom fees depending on the country. Please be aware that these potential extra costs are the customers full responsibility to pay.
- Please choose a safe destination to mail to as stolen/missing delivered items will not be refunded.
